    R= A, D

    sysprep must be installed, because you install multiple versions of Windows and perl is required to install linux

    A and D:

    Sysprep must be installed. Answer A says that “sysprep tools must be placed on the vcenter server”

    That’s not correct, must be installed.

    Other dumps say ‘placed’ instead of ‘installed’ in answer A.

    They also list A & B as the correct answer.

    Does vSphere5 support guest customization of NT4?

    Sysprep must be installed on vCenter Server in order to customize Guest OSes prior to 2008 Server and Vista. Those OSes and later have Sysprep included.
