   ■ Reactive Problem Management, which is generally
   executed as part of Service Operation – and is
   therefore covered in this publication
   ■ Proactive Problem Management which is initiated in
   Service Operation, but generally driven as part of
   Continual Service Improvement (see this publication
   for fuller details).
