      It does in a round about way. If someone wants to do something, they will find a way to do it. By forcing people to take time away from work, you give your company the chance to see if mary, or timmy would be able to pick up the slack in Greg’s absence. On top of that, you now have time to investigate Greg’s activities quietly, because he isn’t there to protect himself. If you suspect people are in league with him, you put those people in his spot, and monitor their actions. If Greg leaves for a week, and you got a whole week without losing money mysteriously, then you know Greg is alone.
