I work in different companies and I never see any admin would assign right to individual user rather than a group. In fact, it is Microsoft recommendation to assign right to a group rather than individual. You can create a group such as “Project 2017”, then assign all the users who participate the project in the group. Finally, assign appropriate right to the group. I don’t understand why the author picks D? D works but it is NOT the BEST method. I would pick C.
