    That answer makes no sense. PII should be something that can uniquely identify an individual. DOB by itself cannot uniquely identify someone, as many people share the same birthday. If the question is suggesting DOB because it isn’t the only field being securely stored, then B must also be correct. The explanation itself even states that a persons name can constitute PII.

    Out of them all, I would probably go with B, as a full name (if uncommon) can by itself uniquely identify an individual.
