I think of this question thoroughly. I have the same mentality as David. Who would put a new and relatively unknown software program on a black list? The keyword is “unknown software program”.
The more make sense answer is “D, Application White Listing”. Since the new and relatively unknown software program is NOT on the approval list, it is NOT allowed to install. It makes more sense.
