Choice D must be correct, it helps preventing a vehicle attack.
Choice E must be wrong. It does not prevents the thieves come again.
If the thieves willing to use a vehicle to break the wall, I don’t think cipher locks or CCTV would give them hard time. They must have way to break the cipher locks and CCTV. In my personal opinion, I would choose escape routes.
This question should not on Security+, it should on Movie+.

Hello Lake, why escape routes? They are used for employees to escape in the event of a fire or security hazard. You don’t want thieves to have escape routes. CCTV won’t stop them, but it will help to identify the vehicle and the guys. Proper Movie+, like you said.
