    The question is “Which three metrics are checked to diagnose a memory bottleneck at the ESXi host level?” Answer is MEMCTL, SWAP and ZIP – all are for memory management improvement and are used when a memory bottleneck appear at the ESXi host level. MEMSZ is about configuration and MCTLTGT is about resource allocation.
