The datastore only removed from that specific ESX/ESXi host.I have copied this exact question into this dump, (Q160) changing the NFS to VMFS, of course then having the oposite results.
I could be wrong but if this question is really on the test (NFS vs VMFS) I would tend to take a closer look at the word delete. Dictonary.com states delete means to strike out or remove. So if the question states: What are two consequences of deleting an NFS datastore..Aka unmount the answer would be as you state C and D.

Agree. Delete is NOT an option in VC, only unmount.
