    If you change the actual resources (not a pool), everything below them gets affected. That would be the parent pools and their siblings. Answer C.

    IF the question had asked “What do changes made to resources available IN A PARENT POOL affect in a resource pool hierarchy? The answer would be Sibling and CHILD pools, not Sibling and PARENT pools.

    Should be Sibling and child pools. Does not affect parent pools, if it did then it would also affect the root pool since that’s the parent of all pools.
