    I thought the answer would be D. I know that power sags are “Momentary” low voltage (which it sounds like in the answer) while a Brownout is a “Prolonged” low voltage.

    With the answer being B, does this mean that Power Sags are all unplanned while Brownouts can be either unplanned or planned (or are they just planned)?
