    So this question is basically saying that DC3 will replicate from DC4. DC4 gets updated every hour. Then DC3 will get the updates DC4 got an hour ago, one hour later. This question is pretty terrible.

    The given answer I guess is the best choice, but it will still take an hour and 45 minutes to replicate changes from DC1 to DC3.

      Sorry, I am changing my answer to A. It will create a direct link from site 1 and 3. Since there is no other replication path from 1 to 3, then it will be used.

    The question seems to be broken. There is no connection to site1 in any of the listed site links, as such DC3 could never replicate with DC1. Creating a new site link would therefore be the answer.
    The question does state that DC3 is replicating with DC1, therefore we are missing an existing sitelink in the question.
