If you run into this question on the exam there are 3 possible right answers:
– Active Directory Administrative Center: This will discontinue “AD Users and Computers” in the future, so this is the prefered tool to disable users.
– Active Directory Users and Computers: to disable user if “ADAC” is not an option.
– Certification Authority Tools: to revogue user certificate if none of the above are not options.

yeah, and via the Server Manager you can open any of these tools using the Tools menu, if RSAT installed, so even Server Manager could be right… 😛
