Common requirements for any form of live migration:
Two (or more) servers running Hyper-V that:
    Support hardware virtualization.
Use processors from the same manufacturer. For example, all AMD or all Intel.

I believe storage migration is considered a “form” of live migration. Therefore the only option is to export/import.

so the answer is 99% probably correct.

    Answer is correct – A
Starting in Windows Server 2012, you no longer need to export a virtual machine in order to be able to import it. But, the export functionality still exists and it can be an easy way to prepare virtual machines to be imported.
The Import Virtual Machine wizard also walks you through the steps of addressing incompatibilities when you import the virtual machine to the new host—so this wizard can help with configuration that is associated with physical hardware, such as memory, virtual switches, and virtual processors.

Your explanation is confusing given the context of the question. Remember: different CPU vendors – NO hypervisor on the market would let you live-migrate a VM from an intel machine to an AMD or vice-versa. Period.
