Just passed 70-412 with 820 score and had this question. Pretty sure I got it wrong though, but the answers are:
First box – 15, 30, 60, 90, 120
Second box – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
First answer I chose 15 as it appears site 1 and site 5 are linked directly in the first link with a rep interval of 15. Second answer I chose 2 rep cycles as I guess it reps from site 3 to site 4, then finally reps again from site 4 to site 5.
Anyone else want to confirm?

dc1=120 , dc3=60 is the right answer
Dc1 has to go all the way through all the other DC’s because the summation of the cost is 50+100+50+50=250 Dc5 is 30+30=60 ( there is no other link to choose between)

Yeah I really wasn’t sure about the first answer and thought it could be 120.
The second part of the question is not asking how long it takes to rep from DC3 to DC5, it’s asking how many rep cycles it takes to rep from DC3 to DC5. Look at the picture – “If you create an AD object on DC3, it will take …. replication cycles to replicate the object to DC5” and the selection is 1-5. The person who published this question has not provided the proper answers.

The answer is 2. Since there are 2 rep cycles to go through.
Thank you and congrats on your MCSA.

Answer is :
DC1 -> 120
DC3 -> 60
Why 120 for DC1. OK, there is a direct link between Site1 and site5 but it has a cost of 300. The cost for going from site1 to site5 thru 2,3 and 4 is 250. SO this link is used. Replication is 15, 45, 30 and 30 and this adds up to 120 minutes.
Why 60 for DC3. Because from Site3 to Site4 is 30 minutes and from Site4 to Site5 is 30 minutes. This adds up to 60 minutes and 2 replication cycles.

The second part of the questions is about “replication cycles” (not minutes), so the answer is
DC1 : 120
DC3 : 2

If you create an AD object on DC1, it will take up to [15 | 30 | 60 | 90 | 120] minutes to replicate the object in DC5
If you create an AD object on DC3, it will take [1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5] replication cycles to replicate the object to DC5.
Answers are
120 minutes (45+15+30+30)
2 Cycles (DC3 has to to cycle through Link-Site3-Site4 and Link-Site4-Site5 to reach DC5)
