      From technet:

      #Invoke-IpamServerProvisioning
Automates the provisioning of IPAM server.

      #Invoke-IpamGpoProvisioning
Creates and links group policies in the specified domain for provisioning required access settings on the servers managed by the computer running the IPAM server.

      Provided answer is correct.

your explanation lacks some details, did you read the EXACT descriptions of these commands? I recommend to do so:
        1. Invoke-IpamServerProvisioning: is used to setup IPAM from scratch, not useful here as question states this was already done
        https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn363302.aspx

        2. Invoke-IpamGpoProvisioning: question stated this was also already done!
        https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj553805.aspx

        3. because IPAM server was already setup and Invoke-IpamGpoProvisioning has also already been executed, according to this Technet article I don’t see any reason why provisioning should be done a second time. Here it’s stated that there are only two provisioning methods, and because it’s already been done there’s no need to repeat it or do it again manually:
        https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj878310(v=ws.11).aspx

        So, I don’t get this Q+A!
Maybe someone can get me the WTF out of my head…

Provided answer has to be what MS is looking for assuming the question and answer choices are accurate.

The question states that the IPAM server feature was installed. IdAM client is installed with it by default, so there isn’t a need to install it.
    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj878334(v=ws.11).aspx

Futhermore, you cannot chose the provision method without IDAM client feature being installed.
    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj878310(v=ws.11).aspx

However; the question also states that the invoke-ipamgpoprovisioning cmdlet was run which indicates that the IdAM client feature was installed and the provisioning type was chosen as GPO.
    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj878310(v=ws.11).aspx

Next steps would be to configure server discovery and set manageability status of the server.
    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj878325(v=ws.11).aspx

So, considering that provisioning the server depends on IPAM Client feature already being installed, I am going to go with the given answer although the answers are definitely messed up since provisioning was already done.
