C is confirmed. Right click the server object in ADSS and click NTDS settings. A global catalog checkbox should appear.

You can also uncheck the Global Catalog option from Active Directory Users and Computers:
AD Users and Computers>Domain Controllers>Right Click on the DC1> Select properties> General Tab> Click on NTDS Settings.
