I would have said B.. however on my exam simulator it says C is the correct answer.

Jack, your answer would be right if you want to just remove ie only,
but the question asks to uninstall Windows Explorer, Windows Internet Explorer, and all related components and files from which means C is not the right option.
hence answer B is the correct option.
