There’s no Share and Storage Management console in 2012. Shares managed by SM.
You better set up lab. This question obviously asks ‘did you just memorize answers or at least you know where the buttons are in server 2012?’

you need to use server manager tool.
First you need to add the File And Storage Services role to the server and reboot the server. Then go to File And Storage Services in System Manager.
Press Shares, select your shared folder, right-click and press Properties.
