      @Jo – Only external users whos domain is added to the allowed list. B y disabling the people on public IM networks, they will still be able to communicate with local users but not users on Skype etc.

        The question states: She requests that the call center personnel be blocked from from chatting with “any external to the company” by using lync online.
        Doesn’t this mean that they are also not allowed to chat with people from domains on the allow list?

    I agree it is D. The question states that you must do this for only the call center personnel and answer D is the only option that does this for external users. Answer B turns it off for everyone.
