This is still weird. How does Windows 7 without SP1 already have O365 yet requires an update again for O365? And if this one already has it, then why does SP1 need an upgrade.

    Hello

    I think
For Windows 7 needs system update required” because Microsoft did not support Windows 7 without SP1 from april 9 2013, and in the O365 systeme requirement Microsoft says that operating system must be supported

The original answer is correct according to the FAQ posted by Sputnik.

Win7 needs SP1 for support from MS since it was released more than 24 months ago.
Office 2010 without any SPs is no longer supported.

Supported and working are not the same thing. I am sure Win7 with no SP and Office 2010 with no SP will work but it will not be supported by MS and if you called MS support, I’m sure they would require you to update before proceeding.

    Mac: Mac OS X 10.10

Your Office clients are compatible with Office 365. Office 365 works with any version of Office in mainstream support: the latest version of Office, Office 2013, and Office 2011 for Mac. Previous versions of Office clients, such as Office 2010 and Office 2007, may work with Office 365 with reduced functionality

Based on the above The answers would be that
    Windows 7 SP1 – meet requirements.
    Win 7 – Doesnt
Office 2010 does ( albeit with reduced functionality) and O365 does.
