      B could technically be correct but if you read it more carefully, you will find B says to apply in the OUTBOUND direction.

      So B = correct techncailly, but wrong direction/

    Create a new mail flow rule where the recipient is located inside the organization and prepend the subject of the message with “External”

    Create a new mail flow rule in the EAC and specify the following conditions.

    Condition –
    1. Sender is located outside of the organisation.
    2. Recipient is locating within the organisation.

    Action –
    3. Append the following text to the subject line e.g. External
