    Why? The question is asking you to ensure that new connections to App1 are directed to Server 2. Stop-NlbCluster will interrupt the traffic to Server1, but won’t do anything about redirecting it.

    Set-NlbClusterNode allows you to reconfigure host priority. So wouldn’t it make more sense to go with this option?

      You do config host priority and then what? You dont even know whether it’s multiple/single etc. You must assume the cluster is properly configured and functioning. By stopping the node, the traffic will automatically get redirected by the cluster’s configs, without disconnections.
