      Yes, but there is an “Impact” Resource Proerty which is disabled. You have to enable it, in order to appear on the classification tab. That’s the reason why you have to run set-adresourceproperty.
      At first i was just like you, i wasn’t really understanding the question, but after reading other comments in other exams i understood what they meant.

      Provided answer is correct.

      In the screenshot all the resources properties except for Department are disabled, you can tell by the small symbol on the icons.

      There’s a similar question that says the Department property is already in use, which makes the difference in the image more obvious
