I agree with Hans. This is one of those “got ya” questions. Because of the statement “You have a remote site that only contains client computers” in the question the correct answer can only be “Distributed Cache Mode” Be careful not to over think these types of questions.

Yes, Distributed Cache mode.
The obvious way to remember the difference is in one mode files are “distributed” to end user PCs while in the other the files are “hosted” on a centralised server.
