Not sure I understand this and I hope I don’t confuse anyone.
A Vsphere environment, so between two VM, either cluster in a box or cluster across a box. No mention of OS but I’m working off MSCS PDF.

A- physical RDM, this is pass through, so there is no requirement for it.
B- VMFS, supported for Cluster in box only
C- Virtual RDM, Supported for Cluster in a box and Cluster across boxes.
D- NFS, not supported and Q said FC SAN

Could C not be the answer too?

B and C both make sense. Nothing in the question implies cluster in a box, or cluster across boxes. I would use Virtual RDM, and think the answer should be C.
