Allow IPv6 routes to be resolved over an MPLS network by converting all routes stored in the inet.3 routing table to IPv4-compatible IPv6 addresses and then copying them into the inet6.3 routing table on all PE routers participating in the MVPN.

The inet6.3 routing table is used to resolve next-hop addresses for both IPv6 and IPv6 VPN routes.
