    “Destination or Host Unreachable” is typically associated with NO ROUTE TO destination. “Request timed out” means that the local host did not receive a response from the destination host, but it was able to reach it. These are loose definitions, but easy to remember, especially for the purpose of tests which typically reference these two basic concepts. So the only answer that has to do with ROUTING is C:Misconfigured Split Horizon.
