THE SWITCH CONNECTED TO THE ROUTER IS ONE BROADCAST DOMAIN AND THE HUB REPRESENTS THE SECOND BROADCAST DOMAIN.

The router has 2 networks one connecting to a hub with 4 PC`s and on the other side has 3 switches connected. This is the only outcome i could think of if the answer is 2.
Why cant the answer be 1 and think they are all on the same broadcast domain?

It can’t be 1 because the router is sitting between the switch and the hub.
Contiguous switches produces one broadcast domain. The router breaks/stops broadcast within itself. While the hub produces another broadcast domain. So answer is 2.
