A Citrix Administrator publishes an application but receives reports that the application is NOT
visible in Receiver through StoreFront. Why is the application NOT visible to users?
A.
The application is disabled.
B.
The path to the executable is incorrect.
C.
There are some user groups NOT assigned to the application.
D.
There are NO available server OS machines in the machine catalog.
I believe the correct answer is A – the application is disabled. You can still publish disabled applications but no matter what access is in place, they won’t be visible in StoreFront.
On the other hand, C could also be possible when the application is published only to specific users or groups (which is basically a matter of controlling who has access to it), however from the way the question is constructed it makes me think that nobody can see the newly published app (“Why is the application NOT visible TO USERS?”). Note the keyword: to users, as in to all users..
D – even if there are no available machines to service the application this would not cause it to “disappear” from StoreFront. It will simply not run or when a user requests it, a VM hosting it will start in order to deliver.
B – If the .exe path is incorrect the application will still display in StoreFront but you won’t be able to run it (obviously)
Here’s the full error:

According to http://www.carlstalhood.com/published-applications/#limits a disabled application is still visible in XenDesktop 7.6. From version 7.8 a disabled app wil be unvisible. Answer C is correct (this exam is about version 7.6)

I just tested on 7.6 and after disabling app in Machine Catalog it disappeared from StoreFront. I would go with A, but C is also seems to be correct.
