      I don’t think so. The memory state of the desktop will be migrated to the new host resulting in the same problem. If a host failure is the cause, it might work.

      Strange question. How will you find a rogue process and wil Powerpoint recover from killing it ? Turn on the Auto save option of Office !

        Correct. Not sure if it’s only my lab but apparently a migration would “break” the VM and to bring it back online you end up restarting it anyway… so, you can’t migrate, you can’t restart, the machine is already booted from the vDisk… only option left is to try and understand what has caused the VM to become unresponsive and I guess having a look at it through Citrix Director could help identify the issue in an attempt to make it available again.
