    A – A VM shutdown would not cause VDAs to show as unregistered
    B – same with a VM suspend
    C – can’t be a firewall issue in this case because it happened only after the delivery controller was shut down. VDA uses TCP ports 80/1494/2598/8008/1494/2598
    D – if the VDA was configured to point only to the delivery controller that failed, yes it can take some time to detect it as available again.

    I would at first check the Citrix Broker service (try to restart it if it’s running) and then reboot the VDA if it is still showing unregistered.
