In the traceroute you can see that traffic is reaching R1 but instead of sending the traffic to de bgp route is sending to R2, that is because in the routing table of R1 has the ISIS route with a better preference (165 L2 external route, 170 bgp) so to select the bgp route you have to change the preference of the bgp route and to make it lower than ISIS L2 external preference (165) and lower than OSPF external preference (150).
