    Go to EAC >> Mail Flow >> Click on Rules >> Create new Rules >> Select Apply this Rule if (Sender is located — outside the Organization) >> Click on More Action >> Click Add Action in Do the following Section >> Prepend the Subject of the Message is >> Mention text [EXTERNAL] (As per your Choice >> and save it and now Send a Test mail from any External Email address.
