On the International Spam page you can filter email messages written in specific languages, or sent from
specific countries or regions. You can configure up to 86 different languages and 250 different regions. The

In the new UI it’s called Spam Filter, not Content Filter.

I think we should use Connection Filter w/ option IP block list for filtering messages based on country or region of origin.

Hopefully the real question will say region code not IP since Language and Region code are the two options in the International Spam section. For an IP address it will need to be Connection Filter.
