C will not show you policies created in Studio.

If you configure your policies using Studio, it’s a best practice to manage them from the same console… of course you could also have the AMD/ADML files saved in the central store and manage everything from the GPMC console… but for this particular case I would stick with running the Modeling Wizard from Citrix Studio
