Not sure about the other one. B wouldn’t make sense, you don’t have to reconfigure the stores if the database comes back online.
A. All logs will be available as needed – this is true isn’t it? Unless I’m missing something.
C. Not sure what this refers to. If PVS is down that doesn’t mean the devices will be down too. I have tested this and I could still connect to the existing delivery groups that were created with PVS.
Are they maybe referring to the offline/online status that can be checked from device collections?

Your reply doesn’t make sense. If D is true “for sure” then all logs cannot be available as needed. A & D are opposites.
