    VLANs are local to each switch’s database, and VLAN information is not passed between switches.

    Trunks carry traffic from all VLANs to and from the switch by default but can be configured to carry only specified VLAN traffic. Trunk links are required to pass VLAN information between switches.
    So SW11 port should be trunk not access port.

    Trunk links are required to pass 802.1q VLAN information between switches. The question configured the F0/1 interface on Sw11 as an access link

    Access Links are the most common type of links on any VLAN switch. All network hosts connect to the switch’s Access Links in order to gain access to the local network. These links are your ordinary ports found on every switch, but access link port do not have VLAN info.

    A Trunk Link, or ‘Trunk’ is a port configured to carry packets for any VLAN. These type of ports are usually found in connections between switches. These links require the ability to carry packets from all available VLANs because VLANs span over multiple switches.
