System/Functions Catalog (in TOGAF 9 there is something called System/Function Matrix).

My question is “where we find these ‘correct’ answers?”
Because,

Even if we replace System with Application, Choice D first choice Application/Functions catalog is not present in any of the catalog in TOGAF Artifacts.
I agree with Marc above on the product life cycle, but one of the Choice D choices is wrong, whereas Choice A choices are completely correct satisfying some of the requirement. Hence A.
