    Best answer is B
    CIO considered the risk and approved the implementation. This eliminates A and C. B can be second best, but it miss updating standards to adopt new solution.

      Generally, it’s impossible to change web server hardware and software components for a Commercial Off-the-Shelf package software

        Moreover it should have been done in phase E when looking at the SBB.
        Discussions with the supplier (eventually POC) to change his solution.

    B even though it sounds good, I still doubt why would they modify SIB with this even when Architecture Board rejected it. I referred SIB in spec and it doesnt mention anything closer to that in terms of updating SIB.

    But Answer D is also suffering from multiple issues:

    1. Create an Architecture Contract and ask for the CIO’s approval –> CIO is not the approver its the joint agreements between development partners and sponsors.

    2. Test the solution just prior to implementation –> Architect testing it doesn’t make sense.

    So out of B and D, B is much better.
