Since the EIGRPv6 process on R2 is shutdown, no adjacency will form and the process is in a state where it basically doesn’t exist.

For advertise EIGRPv6 route
1. Interface enable eigrp (yes)
2. EIGRPPv6 route enable (No)
3. advertise the address to eigrp (yes loopback)
Thus, doesn’t meet the requirement, no route to be advertised.
