    Fake question.
    A is wrong because case-insensitivity affects only usernames, not passwords.
    B is already configured.
    C is already on for local authenticaation.
    D is irrelevant.
    E is not necessary (simulated this).

    I’d go with D and E. I think they wanted to say “use a named group instead of default” and “use this login auth on line vtys”

    Let’s have another point of view of the question considering the answers. I think the author try to say “What would you change if the admin user fails to log in to the device?”

    I would set case-insensitive the login authentication because login can fails if user types ‘Admin’ or ‘ADMIN’ and I also would change the password if user admin had forgotten the password.

    Anyway, it does not make sense such a question. Hope it helps!
