    D is not correct

    ClusterXL must be installed in a distributed configuration in which the Security Management server and the cluster members are on different machines. ClusterXL is part of the standard Security Gateway installation.

    Hmm, by elimination the answer is D

    But if you think about D, it sounds incorrect
    Im assuming that in his windows deployment, he has two(2) instances installed one SG and SMS
    Probably you can do that in Windows OS considering CheckPoint is installed via an .exe
