Its a tricky questions because this is indeed an LSA type 2 however this was some something that the option field told us.

We can see outputs with different LSAs using same option:

Option D is correct, LSAs type 2 or network are generated by the DR only and since we don’t see any asterisk next to the “Adv Rtr” this tell us that the DR is 192.168.20.1
