Find the shipment receipt, select New Row, enter the quantity, item, and then select SHIPRETURN
for the Transaction Type

Find the shipment receipt, select New Row, enter the quantity, item, and then select
SHIPDAMAGED for the Transaction Type

Find the shipment receipt, select the button Select Damaged Items, select each item and update
the quantity to be returned, click OK

Find the shipment receipt, select the button Select Items for Return, select each item and update
the quantity to be returned, click OK
