    B

Vrealize automation allows overprovisioning and is not pre-allocating storage, error occures only whikle creating machine when it is not possible to reserve space (from reservation limit) or is not able to write because of insufficient physical space.

    I think it’s B,..
in vRA there’s reservation. you can reserve a BG a storage capacity but you don’t allocate it, rather to pre-allocating it !

allocation takes a place by vRA itself, once vRA is requested to provision a VM, it validates the available capacity & allocate it for the newly VM to provision it.
you need to check the link below, I believe it will provide more clarification.

After reading Basem’s article, I must correct myself. B must be the correct answer, but to be honest I’m not 100% sure.
From what I understand, the vRA Storage Reservation doesn’t guarantee 10TB.
In fact, you may create 10TB reservation out of 5TB Storage Datastore.
In other words, it’s kind of “thin provisioned” reservation.
The reason you want to do that is to be able to provision VMs with bigger disks than available disk space. That’s because the vRA reservation is the limit for max vDisk size.

    So, back to the question.
Answer C is NOT correct because the 10TB are NOT pre-allocated.
    Pre-allocation assume reserved physical storage.
