A is not correct because (as mentioned) only tenant can be branded.
B is not correct because you can select whatever items you want within the Bisness Group, hence limit the items. No need to create new BG.
C is correct. If you want to separate Fabric Groups, one way of doing it is using separate BG for it. Let say you have Testing and Production vSphere Clusters added to vRA as separate Fabric Groups. You can have them both in one BG, but it make sence to have separate once for each cluster.
D is correct. Reservation have priority, but having different BG for different reservations is valid option too.
