    The answer is NOT B. You don’t need an action to put a blue print in the catalog.
    The answer is C and this is how you can replicate the answer. Make a new blueprint (Design-blueprints. +new). Make a new service (admin-Catalog-Services. +new). Add the blueprint to the service (Admin-Catalog-Catalog. Select it. Service Field). Entitle just the blue print, not the service (Admin – Catalog Mgmt – Entitlements. +new. Name it, make it active. Items & Approval tab. Entitle Items+). Go to the catalog, you’ll see your new service with your blue print. Now, make another blueprint and add it to the service. The blueprint will not appear in the catalog until you individually entitle it.
