I’m sorry but I have to challenge Answer D.

What’s lower priority? I thing is the biggest number.
Assuming we have 5 different reservation policies ranked from 1 to 5, vRA will select 5 first (lowest priority), and goes up to 1 (highest priority).
Based on the above, I thing correct answer here is:
