    Acc to the Free Legal Dictionary “Circumstantial Evidence is also known as indirect evidence. It is distinguished from direct evidence.” Any evidence that is ‘inferred’ from ‘other intermediate or relevant facts’ would not not have anything to do with being circumstantial. Most likely it will not be admitted if it is ‘inferred’..
